The lights are on, but nobody's home. The server is responding to ICMP
pings, but only port 21 seems to be open - however when connecting to it,
nothing happens.

Prolly an MS box, and IIS has gone titsup. Or their ISP has decided to
firewall all access to MS boxes as yet ANOTHER vulnerability has been
released for Windows (Servers) and Microshaft Sexchange. Could be a
linux/BSD box I suppose.
