Does the TV guide system work?

Does it need some sort of subscription?

Got a home built PC running an MSDN version of 2004 if that's of any
interest?

Saying that though, it doesn't have a tuner card in it yet (just waiting on
delivery of the winTV 350 from Dabs).

AFAIK, "off-the-shelf" MCE 2004 boxes aren't available in the UK
until
December.
