Rob,
Are you sure that it is a mono jack plug as I believe that 2.5mm is as
small as they go. Maybe it is one of the power connectors that are used on
a Walkman etc as they range in size from 1.3mm to 3.1mm.

Any one know of a source for an adaptor to take a 2.5mm mono jack down
to smaller again. Getting sketchy details from my friend but it would
seem its 1.5mm or 1mm.

I've never seen one that tiny and CPC throws no light?
