Gareth,

Building a new house typically costs between =A355 and =A385 per sq ft,
multiple by 10 for metres.

I understand extensions are more, 50% ?, expensive... very rough
calculation...

OT!)

Just after some guidelines - does anyone know if there are calculations=20
for costing of an extension ?

Would involve building over a double garage connected to the house -
total=20
43 square metres.

The builder we got in verbally said one price, so we put an offer on a=20
house, and now says a bit more !!!

Cheers

G.
