Also take a look at www.pocketgps.co.uk as mentioned on this list before

They have several converters for TTNav POI and track log files.
You may find, for instance, that converting to a Garmin track file will
give
you more flexibility.

The main body of the TT Log file looks like raw NMEA sentences, so any GPS
enabled mapping software should be able to read them.  You could even send
them in via the serial port at a pinch (yuk!)
