Paul,

A couple more thoughts: exterior Christmas lights - the power socket in my
garage is an awkward one to get to, I'm undecided about interior Xmas
lights re: safety, although you could always tie it into the occupancy
status of the house. Regular garden lights, fountains, etc. Irrigation
systems etc.

I've also got a laser printer sited remote from my pc so ATM I have to get
up to turn it on, go back & print document, then go back again to pick
up the prints. Turning on & off remotely would only mean 1 visit. Am I
a lazy git or what ? ;-)

HTH,

Tim H.
