Hi

I have the original Seagate 10gb hard drive that came out of my xbox. I
was hoping to bung it in an old PC that only had a 2gb drive in it.
The BIOS correctly identifies the drive. But any attempt to access it,
FDISK whatever just reports an error saying it can't access the drive.
Even Seagate's Ontrack drive tools falls over at the point of finding
the drive.

Are these drives locked in some way? And have I just got my self a new
paperweight?

Thanks

Rob
