It really depends on your requirements. The TM12 has been discontinued by
X-10 a while ago now.

Yes.

No, all 110V products sold by us have been modified for 230V already. The
only U.S. products that have retained their original 2 or 3 pins U.S.
plugs are the appliance and lamp modules.
