I was just about to order my cable and hesitated over the choice between a
good Cat5e and a Cat6 based system.

I'm going to be running A/V over it eventually, but I don't know which
system yet - probably AVNex or similar.

I'll also have a couple of PC's and an XBOX that will want to share the
broadband.

I don't know if any of my kit is going to want more than the standard
100Mhz, but the 350Mhz cables are within budget.

I'm guessing that because I'm cabling a house I should go for the low smoke
zero halogen stuff rather than PVC.

Anyone care to comment before I commit my hard earned cash ?
