RE: [OT] Europeam mobile call charges

Peter,

Typically the cost of an international call originated on a mobile phone is
based on the called country not the network that terminates the call in that
country.

The only time I have seen anything different is when the oversees operator
has cheap international rates (using a VoIP based service) where calls are
effectively routed to the UK and then placed on the UK (Local) network. Its
not that common...

I did work for a mobile operator once in Holland where it was cheaper to
make a Mobile Call from Holland to a Mobile in the UK for less than a UK -
UK / Mobile - Mobile call.

Strange world...

Nigel

Guys

I've looked everywhere, but can't find out how much it costs to call the UK
>from country, not in the UK).

Can anybody think of a good place to look?

Sorry for the OT post

Pete
