I'd also recommend looking at http://www.de-vi.co.uk/

I've used Devi on 2 installs to date, 1 as tile warming only ie
heating from other sources, and 1 where the ufh was the heat source.
The only problem with the mats is that there heating output can be
too low to fully heat the room unless the building is very well
insulated. Where this is the case you will need to look at larger
cables to get a higher heating output.

Finally, the electric systems are not necessarily compatible with
all sub-floors so it would be worthwhile choosing a manufacturer and
giving them a call. Most will be happy to discuss your installation
in more detail and therefore help in your prodict selection.
