RE: PC based occupancy detection

Paul,

Are you a programmer? If so, it is fairly trivial to write a screen saver
in VB or something, and you can have it do anything you want when it kicks
on, including sending a xAP message or something similar...

For example:

Subject: [ukha_d] PC based occupancy detection

I was thinking about occupancy detection in my office =96 PIR=92s are not
t=
oo
reliable as I don=92t move around much! I did think that it would be
useful=
if
I could somehow link to my main PC=92s activity / screen saver state to
sig=
nal
to HV. For example, if after =BD hour of no PC input (mouse or keyboard) it
could send a message to HV via some network method.

Anyone done anything like this???

Paul.
