Steve,

The DVD remote does work with XBMP but some of the buttons are not
reproduced... for instance I haven't been able to switch between the
visualisations screen and the normal screen by remote.

I bought my DVD IR in HMV, 2 accesories for 20GBP normally 15GBP each.

I also share my mp3s from my server, however I use win98. From memory they
need
to be configured on the XBOX is a config file....
