The two of us live in a 3-bed semi in West Berks. Our annual water=20
rates were about =A3240, five years ago. We switched to a water mater=20
and our bills dropped to about =A3120 pa. Now, 5 years later, our bills=20
are about =A3140 pa.

We don't have a dishwasher, or a pond, or a swimming pool, but do=20
about three loads of laundry a week.
