With a USB GPS receiver and some sort o' software. Bizarrely, I was 
originally considering putting XP on there, for which plenty of 
route-planning stuff is available. Fortunately good sense and the 
ridicule of my peers has prevailed, so I'm now putting gentoo linux on 
there, and will probably end up trying the GPSDrive software.

I'm hoping that speed camera overlays are available! ;)
