Some of the codes can really mess your Tivo up, so be careful....!

My favourite is Select-Play-Select-3-0-Select which does the 30 second 
jumping Stuart mentioned. You don't need backdoors enabled for that. The
other one I like, you need backdoors enabled for and is (in the todo 
list) Thumbs Down-Thumbs Down-Thumbs Up-Instant Replay which makes all 
scheduled suggestions visible in the ToDo list.
