OT: Which ISP?

Ok,

Well, I'm moving jobs at the end of this month and as such want to
get set up with an ISP (rather than the company provided ISDN
access). I plan to keep the ISDN so want the best options for
which ISP to use? Do any provide a flat fee for ISDN yet or is
local call charges the best I can achieve? I may also look at
grabbing that domain name I have been meaning to get - so
any pointers on that would also help.

So far I looked at freeserve - can't see any ISDN stuff. I also
looked at eidosnet - local ISDN charges.

Thoughts?
