Yes, you are right, the UK does work on 240v and does has a 3 pin plus.
laser.com sell X10 equipment to other European countries (and stock
European X10 equipment, not just UK stuff).

letsautomate.com also stock European modules too, and I would imagine
they ship to Europe too.

I have no idea about taxes or shipping from either, but a quick look at
their sites will tell you much.
