Yes, I guess it's called a crimping tool

CAT 5 Wiring Standard B

Pin 1 = white/orange
Pin 2 = orange
Pin 3 = white/green
Pin 4 = blue
Pin 5 = white/blue
Pin 6 = green
Pin 7 = white/brown
Pin 8 = brown
(Some network cables have purple wires instead of brown, they
are interchangeable in this case.)

save the cost of buying a hub by connecting the adaptor cards
using a crossover cable. Crossover cables, which are different
