Im running some cat5 around the house, and Im aware LV cable shouldnt be
too close to mains, and run at right angles if possible.

Im just on the last two rooms, boiler room and kitchen, and I have a
problem in landing area above the stairs, its very 'busy' with mains cables
and pipes for central heating. Limited access for drilling holes, etc, etc.

So my question is how close can I run the cat5 to mains?? Is is possible to
run closer if I put the cat5 in some plastic pipe for similar, ie do the
need a physical barrier if they are less than a specified distance?? Should
I care??

Thanks!

Craig
