In fact, he left me with some of his kit, rather than taking mine ;-)

His SP/DIF cable is winging its way back to him as we speak, since I
bought one from John Lewis yesterday...

Mary asked "what's the difference between Phil's cable and this
one?"

I said "about =A31,500!

Mary said "what?"

One can only assume that this was one of Phil's famous bargains, and
that he didn't pay list ;-)

And complained profusely when you strip-searched him on the way out!  Mr
Harris is known to be partial to Meridian kit (on more than one
occasion...)
