Tivo to Projector help needed

Having just got my TIVO I tried hooking it up to a projector (like you
do).
I got one of those scart adaptors which output S-Video and hooked it up
to
the "Tv Scart" connector on the back of the Tivo but it didn't
show
anything?

Has anyone done this successfully or am I missing something?
