I'm having a similar problem ... I have a couple of lamp modules in my
computer room that are switched by HomeVision from a hardwired PIR. I'm
finding that sometimes - usually in the middle of the day - one or both
of them will fail to respond to X10 commands issued by HomeVision. They
will both still respond to a mini-timer which is plugged into the socket
next to HVs TW7223.

Neither of the lamp modules will respond to X10 sent from the IR543AH in
the main bedroom nor from the IR543AH down in the living room. There are
also appliance modules plugged into the same strip which control my
scanner PSU and my ePods PSU, neither of these are controllable from
either of the IR543AHs either however the router (plugged into a
different strip in the same room) is accessible from anywhere.

If I unplug the strips feeding the PCs then suddenly everything is able
to be controlled!
