why don't you attempt to repair it?
What are the symptoms?
The most common problem is:
under each cartridge is an oval plastic wich puts pressure on the ink,
the plastic hook wich holds the spring breaks off .
Look under the cartridges if one of these is loose, it can be repaired
with some imagination and will save $$$$.

My beloved HP2000C workhorse seems to have gone titsup.com last night so
I need to start looking round for a decent replacement printer. Ideally
another 2000C or 2500C would be great (as I have small stocks of spare
consumables at £30 an ink cart!) so if anyone on the list knows where
there is one going (they'll be secondhand now of course as they've been
discontinued for a couple of years) then could they give me a shout?
