The TM12 I've been using seems totally unreliable, sometimes it will
work fine other times it gives up
monitoring after a few hours. Is other peoples experience as bad as
this. Following asking such a
question a few weeks back one responder suggested putting it into an
appliance module and switching
that on/off. Well it helps to a degree.

Problem is one of the lights it controls is in utility room, which I
considered to be a real plus for HA
as SWMBO does not need to turn light on/off anymore (control via
hawkeye). Well its not responded
so many times now leaving her in dark that she's asked me to remove it :-(

Anybody got any other ideas to help? Has anybody tried a TM13, if so
are they really any better? I dont
need distance or more function, just reliability.

regards, robin
