I'll let you know when I get back. The key to my confidence is that the
house gets preset at several points during the day.
1. Morning downstairs movement after 6am
2. Midday reset for lights etc.
3. Nighttime that set the house to Night Mode.  The bedroom lamp requires a
mini-timer to put the light on and off. Still have the problem of falling
asleep with the light on though.

Also I have the advantage of not having loads of distributed audio and TV
equipment and almost everything can be overridden by the wall switches.
The most complex thing she needs to understand is the TiVo.
