Just started using synergy to share a mouse and keyboard accross machines
on
my desk.
Very impressed, you run a server app on the machine with the keyboard and
mouse and a client
app on any machine you want to be able to control, you then simply pop off
the edge of one screen onto the
other (you can configure how this is arranged)
it also does automatic cut and paste between machines,
