Open Exchange Administrator.
Browse through the tree to domainname > servername > configuration >
connections
Ag kak, remote control software is playing up ....
Anyway, the basic gist is to create a POP3 connector here.  Once you've done
that, config is as follows...
Go to the properties of the connector, and add the POP3 account details on
the connect & download tag.
That should be enough to import it all into Exchange, and the current
Exchange rules should split everything into the right mailboxes.

Sorry about the missing info, I can't seem to get my mouse working via
remote control to the server, and my memory's awful.
