Thanks to Graham this one is now sorted ... it was the RIP direction and
compression settings on my router!

This is still a bit worrying though! And reading through their web site it
seems that they were having problems last week and because of that they
have
given everyone that signed up *BEFORE* yesterday a weeks "free"
subscription!
