Sis is aparently the best one (tomshardware guide test), but my VIA has no problems using SnapStream (is like ShowShifter).

OK...got the RAM sorted.

 

A lot of the boards I'm looking at for this ShowShifter machine use VIA chipsets.  I have something at the back of my mind from reading video editing forums last year about VIA giving problems with video capture.

 

Anyone know anything about this or recommend a chip set for a 1.4 Athlon?
