I think you may be talking about a similar monitor to one i bought last
week - a samsung 151mp, with buit in TV tuner, video input, VGA & PIP.
I am very happy with this monitor, which i am using as an additional
monitor
to my Sony KV32 FD1 32" TV which has a VGA input, but a max resolution
of
800x600 which does make text a little harsh on the eyes

The TV tuner is pretty good & one can make a myriad of adjustments

The VGA is the best display i have seen

Anyway this samsung was £700 from (dare I say it) PCworld. This seems to be
a very good price as many online stores are selling it for £750 without the
TV tuner
