What is this DDAR, I thought it was a type of memory but obviously I AM mistaken so could some kind soul point me in the right direction?

When the DDAR arrives I'm planning to have it in the kitchen so we can
listen t tunes as we cook. I'm also planning on fitting a FM sender to
the phono outputs so we can listen t tunes in the garden via our
clockwork radio. Any recommendations on suitable sender?
