Re: [OT] NoChex/Paypal

Title: Re: [ukha_d] [OT] NoChex/Paypal
Used PayPal - bit of a pain t set up Internationally but it works. Recommend it really.  When you open an account they put a $1 dummy test transaction on your credit card and you have t confirm the transaction number that appears on your next statement to enable your account. This can take a few weeks unless you have internet banking.
One think t watch - they charge International customers who Pay for goods using their service an extra fee (about 3%) - this was not on their website or T's&C's when I found this out - I am currently negotiating a refund. They do not charge US residents. If you receive payments you get the same charge as well.

Has anyone used any of these kind of services? Any of you auction junkies
tried them out?
