What you are
after
is a LW10U (the UK version) - it only needs two wire at
the socket and
is
designed as a direct replacement for a UK wall switch.

Hi Group
I have just been
scouring
the net trying to find a wall switch that will
accept X10
BUT
will als let me turn the light on and off manually. I
came across
a site in the Netherlands (
http://www.homefidelity.nl/home%20automation/homeautomain.htm
) that do
the LW11 but from your previous mails it seems that this
switch
will need
earthing and the UK switches do not (s I am one wire
short
for the
switch). Is there anyone who knows of a similar device
(not
on a DIN rail)
that I can sub my wall switch for to give me x10
control?
