Hi All

Thanks to all that replied. I shall be using 8 Core Alarm cable for
all the passives etc, screened for the control pads. CT100 for all
the coax feeds and CAT5e for everything else. I'm used to fitting
all the types of cable but always retro fit never at first fit but
in theory should be easier. I know with mains cables they have to
run up the walls within so many inches of the corners of the rooms,
does this only apply to mains or all types of cable ?

Any other regs to watch out for ?

And the final point - I would like to wish you all a very Merry
Christmas and a "lots of new toys" New Year.

Cheers

Ian D
