I was thinking about the opposite direction. I guess. Use Xantech for
most
of the IR receive/transmit duties but feed IR signal into comfort to
trigger
Macros etc.
I guess its possible to simply tape a Xantech Emitter to a Comfort
reciever
(and possibly a Comfort emitter to a Xantech reciver) at Node 0 but its
seems rather inelegant. I wandered if the two systems were compatible.
Mainly as my comfort keypad is in the hall and isnt convenient for
pointing
the pronto at. :-) Adding an IR capable keypad behind the TV would also
seem
overkill (though cheaper than some of the Xantech recievers !)
At the moment I'm planning on using an X10/IR contoller to send comfort
a
couple of commands via X10.
