CE approval is related to the designing/ manufacturing company for EMC, etc regulations, so it would be hard to get it without being the (or in contact with) the IP owner

I heard a while back that someone was trying to get CE approval for HV. Is this true, or does anyone know if there are any plans. Would I be right in thinking that Comfort is the only CE approved system around. Does it really matter ?
