I
wouldn't rely on anything voice operated for a situation like this, I don't
know the details but there are various products which will give your friend
the facilities he requires voice activated dialling is just too
unreliable.

Hi,
A friend has asked me to
see if I can find the following, so I thought what
best place to start
than here. He has an illness that if he hasn't taken his
drugs he might
be able to get out of bed (can't remember what its
called
now!)
He
is after a landline voice activated phone - he basically wants to
say
"Phone Xyz" to get help, his voice changes to very quiet quite a lot
of the
time. The phone could be over the otherside of the room at
the time so it's
important it has a good sensitivtity. Its would
be
a real benefit to him if
it was cordless too.
Any
surgestions?
Kind Regards,
Chris
Bond
