Living in a rather affluent area, we
got
ISDN2e and ADSL pretty early in the rollout, but BT still seem incapable of
delivering ADSL over ISDN lines – so in addition to the rental on my
ISDN2e line I have to rent an analogue line which is never used for
voice…..
“Broadband Britain” – what
a
joke!
Tim.

Price
Reductions
Please
read www.adslguide.org - these
things
change very quickly and this information is no longer valid. There's
a
new guy at the top now, broadband is a priority within BT
ATM.

I
spoke
to BT a few weeks ago to try and find out if my exchange will be converted
(my
area is on the conversion map on their website). The answer was that it has
not
been converted and they have "NO FURTHER PLANS TO CONVERT ANYMORE
EXCHANGES".
So
unless BT decide to change their plans - if you haven't got it you are not
going to get it anytime soon :-(((
