This is what I do (although not to Outlook). I think it's a trivial
exercise in most cases eg. SourceForge's SMSLink (?IIRC? It's down at
the moment), scripting delivery of received SMS's into a POP3 mailbox
is trivial - albeit not quite as direct as importing straight into
outlook.
