Been there done that. I prefered the Linksys BEFSR41.
Easily set up. If
you really want to mess around with linux firewalls then I
*may* be able
to dig up an old Pentuim 133MHz box if you want. Not sure
of the spec
but would be suitable for a home Linux Firewall
project.
I'll see what I end up doing with ADSL routers / modems
before I go down this route - never used Linux before, just exploring the
possibilities. I have an old 120Mhz machine in a cupboard but
think it's a bit flaky. Thanks.
Do you have the spare watchman or Des?
