There's a small utility on the ProntoEdit download pages which will
compress all of the graphics in a .ccf file without altering their
appearance.
If you have a heavily graphic laden config, this can save a LOT of
space.
Tim.
I
am
in the process of completely rebuilding my CCF file for my 1Mb Pronto. At
the
moment I have got as far as loading 500 buttons and learning Ir codes
against
each of them. I still have 75% memory free. As far as I can see, the only
way
you are likely to require the 2Mb version is if you are going t have lots
of
fancy graphics, background pictures and large CD jukebox listings. There is
no
way you are going t run out of memory if you are simply replacing other
remotes.
